Does Your Business Have The Perfect Sales Page?

Does Your Business Have The Perfect Sales Page

Imagine, the perfect sales page, does it really exist? Although we’ve all had a break from blog posts for a while, thankfully, Dee has kept his outstanding lessons coming. The last two lessons have been focused on marketing and creating the ultimate sales page.

Dee started off with some interesting marketing techniques. He throws these into his lessons from time to time and I find them very interesting. They are like Jedi Mind Tricks! They empower you to control situations and your customers. Seriously, this stuff is simply sublime… if you never believed in subliminal advertising before, you will after taking the Online Marketing MBA course.

Another thing I like about Dee Kumar’s course is how new lessons refer back to older lessons. Why? As it forces you to pay attention, follow everything and carry out all action points. It enables you to see how valuable each lesson truly is. I would never dream about skipping a lesson because each one will help you and your business, guaranteed!

One of the recent lessons focused on something Dee calls the Four Magic Words. Dee actually wrote a report/ebook on this subject and it received high praise and acclaim from some of the top names in Internet Marketing. So, what exactly are these Four Magic Words… “I Can’t Tell You”. LOL! Sorry I couldn’t resist that, you should know by now I never divulge in Dee’s core teachings. What I will say, is that these four words have turned me into a Copywriter! Something I have sucked at in the past. They will do the same for you. I won’t get carried away and say I can write you a massive long sales letter. However, after the Elevator Pitch lesson which taught me how to grab someones attention instantly (and also helped me to gain a new customer already!), I now know how to hold that attention for even longer (without making it up as I go along). This is precisely what you need to do on a sales page too.

How do I know this? Well, Dee’s latest lesson was all about the anatomy of a sales page. It’s so important you get this right as your sales page MUST convert. If it doesn’t, then what’s the point of being online? You want new customers right, so it’s vital you get this correct. Even if it means outsourcing it. However, with Dee’s help and my newly found copywriting skills, I’ve begun to construct my own sales page.

There is a traditional copywriting method known as AIDCA, that is:

  • Attention
  • Interest
  • Desire
  • Conviction
  • Action

This method is very good and has been successful for many retailers for years. So we should use this method on our sales pages right? WRONG!! Dee showed me that online purchase decisions are made in a different manner when compared to purchase decisions within a normal retail environment. Dee Kumar has constructed his own 6 elements which make up a good sales page that converts! These elements haven’t just been dreamt up, they have been tried and tested and are backed up by extensive recent research, so you know it is relevant and it will work for your business.

You know I can’t tell you what these secret key elements are, however I can say that I am using them quite well to build my own sales page. So, to answer my original question at the start of this post… unfortunately there is no one generic perfect sales page that will fit all businesses, products, and convert all customers. However Dee Kumar’s lessons will help you to create the perfect sales page tailored to fit your business and your customers, what more could you want?!
