Every Business Needs a Joint Venture Strategy

Why your business needs a joint venture strategy

So, why do you need a Joint Venture Strategy? Well it’s quite simple, to find more customers and make more money! This is why we are all in business, to make money, without customers, there is no money!

A Joint Venture, often known as a ‘JV’, is simply two (or more) companies partnering together to gain ‘something’. The ‘something’ is not always cash, but that’s the usual outcome for all parties involved.

So why bother with a Joint Venture? You can do it all by yourself can’t you? You can find all those customers by yourself with ease… WRONG!! The easiest way to find customers is to be proactive and go to them, that is what this weeks lesson in the Online Marketing MBA course has been all about.

Think about it, why ‘break your back’ finding customers, when you can find Joint Venture partners who will have plenty of potential buyer contacts for your product or service already. Sure you can spend money on advertising or optimise your website and hope that customers find you, but this is just being reactive. Get out there, be proactive and build relationships with companies who will find customers for you. It doesn’t get any simpler, you do not need to be a rocket scientist to work this out people, Joint Ventures rock!!

Joint Ventures can be completed in both the online and offline worlds. There are also two different types of Joint Venture, [which Dee defines] The Complementary JV, and the Direct JV.

With the Complementary JV, all parties will exchange something of equal value, and this works because the products or services are complementary and not competing with each other. This is usually the best way to form great business relationships with like-minded business owners, which is priceless in itself.

With the Direct JV, you get another party to promote your product to your target audience, and then compensate them for doing so, usually with cash earned from all your new customers!

It is quite important to know when to use each Joint Venture Strategy. How do you know when to go the Complementary JV route or the Direct JV route? Well I’m afraid that isn’t for me disclose. Dee Kumar will of course reveal all in his brilliant Online Marketing MBA course.

This week I have formed my very own list of Joint Venture partners which I know will help me to find tons of customers, and make lots of money! You may be wondering how I found all the companies I wish to work with… sorry but you know I can’t reveal that here! What I will say, is that Dee Kumar completely lays it all down on the table in Module Three. He has shown me exactly where to find companies who I could possibly Joint Venture with. He even revealed a private resource which nobody outside of the Online Marketing MBA course has access to. This is pure dynamite and definitely worth the monthly course fee, in fact this resource makes it an absolute bargain!

That’s all for this week folks, I really hope I’ve stressed the importance of why your business needs a Joint Venture Strategy.

I have come across the concept of JVs before, but now I can see the importance and relevance to my business. The how is not such a mystery, but finesse of an approach seems to be the key to a quick successful win/win.
