Projects vary depending on need, but my job is always to solve a problem or to find an effective way forward. 

Call me the fixer…

Having started my corporate career at the very top of Europe’s Largest Retail Organisation (where I was mentored and hand picked by the CEO), I have since worked on project with numerous companies including Luxury and Economy car manufacturers, hotel chains, telecoms companies, banks and many more.

Sometimes its hard to see what’s happening around you when you are used to seeing it everyday. That is why an outside eye often helps, especially a qualified and experienced one who had a knack of getting on with people. 

Think of me as the ‘Undercover Boss’ except I report to the boss., giving you insights into what is really going on in your business. My job is not to point fingers but to motivate change and fix problems fast. 

In fact that was my first corporate role. I was hired to really understand the problems as the information the CEO often gets has gone through layers of lying and covering up before it gets to them.  Often your staff know what is wrong and how to fix it, they just need certain people to get out of their way – I help that happen.
